In order to make a purchase in our store please follow these steps:

- choose an item;
- add the item to cart;
- choose payment method;
- pay for the item.

You can pay by any of the following methods.
This payment method is only available for delivery in Ukraine. Payment is made in cash upon the item delivery by courier or at Nova Poshta post office.
Payment by bank transfer
If you choose to pay by bank transfer you will receive PrivatBank card payment details. This is an easy way to pay for the order. Payment can be made:
- in PrivatBank branch (during working hours);
- by using PrivatBank payment terminal (around the clock);
- transfer from another PrivatBank card account using Privat24 system.
Delivery in Ukraine
Delivery in Kiev and other Ukrainian cities is carried out by Nova Poshta courier service within 3 (three) working days. Items will be delivered to Nova Poshta post office in the city where you live. If there is no local representatives of the transport company in your place than your order will be delivered to the nearest regional center. In some cities of Ukraine you can order door-to-door delivery. In order to confirm your delivery method our sales assistant will contact you in advance. Cost of delivery in Ukraine: FREE
Delivery to other countries
Delivery to other countries is stipulated separately. You can check terms of delivery to your country and cost of such delivery by calling our sales assistant on +38 (067) 533-67-08 or via email@example.com
According to the article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “Regarding Protection of Consumers Rights” Buyer has the right to reject the items or exchange them at any time before being handed by courier and after their transfer within 14 days provided that the items stay in the same condition and all labels and documents of purchase are present. During this period the Buyer is obliged to notify the store manager about his decision in writing via email firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling on +38 (067) 533-67-08. Payment shall be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days after the items return to e-shop. Returns are made for the Seller’s account.
How to return the purchased items?
In order to return items please call to our sales assistant on +38 (067) 533-67-08 or send your message to email@example.com. Item can be returned only in marketable condition (with all packaging and labels), with the same consumer characteristics and with a document confirming the fact and terms of its purchase (trade or cashier’s check). Also no lettering are allowed on the item original packaging.
Important! Non-refundable products are determined by The Ukraine Cabinet Decree No.172 dated March 19, 1994: caps, gloves, hosiery, etc. If defective item is received or the delivered item does not meet the order details, the Buyer has the right to reject such items and delivery expenses shall be paid by the store. Item is considered defective in case of visible or hidden damage. Please check the items while receiving them at Nova Poshta post office when cash on delivery payment method is used.
Procedure for refunding
Please follow the instructions below to get a refund easily:
- Please call +38 (067) 533-67-08 or send your message to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Wait for a call from our sales assistant.
- Pack the item you want to return including consignment note, all the boxes, tags and labels.
During 14 days arrange delivery of the items by any of the following ways:
Nova Poshta courier service (to the address and recipient that our sales assistant will provide you with). The cost of delivery at the expense of the recipient.
We can reject the returned items of good quality if:
- these items are listed as non-refundable;
- items are not complete (no tags, labels, etc);
- there are traces of use on the product (scrapes, traces of sweat, etc.).
If we reject your refund, we will send the items back at the Buyer’s expense. In case of refusing to pick up the item it will be stored at Nova Poshta warehouse and then recycled.
Terms of Refund
Refunds shall be made within 10 working days after receipt of the items to our warehouse (return) and our return confirmation.
We do our best to satisfy the desires of our customers. In case of doubt when choosing the right size you can clarify specific sizes of the garment from our sales assistant if they are not listed in description. If for any reason the ordered items do not fit you, please contact our sales assistant to replace them.
